XPS Isıpan; PRM (Premium) ve STD (Standart) olarak 2 ayrı grupta farklı basma mukavemeti ve ısıl iletkenlik katsayıları ile üretilmektedir.
Döşeme ve çatıların ısı yalıtımı için XPS Isıpan DT (düz)
Duvar, kolon ve kirişlerin ısı yalıtımı için XPS Isıpan MD (kanallı)
Duvar, kolon ve kirişlerin ısı yalıtımı için XPS Isıpan BD (baklava desenli) tipleri mevcuttur.
MD (kanallı) ve BD(baklava desenli) ürünlerde levhaların yüzeyi sayesinde sıva ve yapıştırıcı ile aderansı yüksektir. DT ürünlerin her iki yüzeyi pürüzsüz ve zırhlıdır.
XPS STRAFOR ÖZELLİKLERİ
EN 13164 standardı kapsamında λ = 0,035-0,038 W/ (m.K) ısı iletkenlik kat sayıları aralığında üretilmektedir. Yüksek basma ve eğilme mukavemeti sayesinde zaman içinde kalınlığı azalmaz.
XPS Isıpan, yoğuşmayı önleyen ancak nefes almaya izin veren, μ=100 değerinde, optimum su buharı difüzyon direnç katsayısına sahiptir ve TS EN 11364’e göre WL (T) 0,7 sınıfında yer almaktadır.
-50 °C ile +75 °C arasında kullanım sıcaklığına sahiptir.
Her çeşit kesici aletle kesilebilir, ufalanmaz, fire vermez.
XPS STRAFOR KULLANIM ALANLARI
XPS ISIPAN DT STD; döşeme ve çatıların ısı yalıtımında,
XPS ISIPAN BD/MD STD duvar, kolon ve kirişlerin ısı yalıtımında kullanılır.
XPS ISIPAN STD 0,035-0,038 W/(m.K) aralığında ısı iletkenlik katsayısına, 100-200 kPa basma dayanımına, bünyesine su almayan yapıda optimum su buharı difüzyon direnç katsayısına sahiptir.
XPS ISIPAN DT PRM 300
XPS ISIPAN DT PRM 300 döşeme ve çatıların ısı yalıtımında kullanılır.
XPS ISIPAN DT PRM 300; 0,035 W/(m.K) ısı iletkenlik katsayısına, 300 kPa basma dayanımına, bünyesine su almayan yapıda optimum su buharı difüzyon direnç katsayısına sahiptir.

XPS Extruded polystyrene Isıpan is manufactured in two groups, PRM (Premium) and STD (Standard), and with various compressive strengths and thermal conductivity specifications.
The available types are: XPS Extruded polystyrene Isıpan DT (smooth) for thermal insulation of floors and roofs
XPS Extruded polystyrene Isıpan MD (corrugated) for thermal insulation of walls, columns, and beams
XPS Extruded polystyrene Isıpan BD (checkered) for thermal insulation of walls, columns, and beams.
The surfaces of MD (corrugated) and BD (checkered) products have high level of adhesion with plaster and adhesive. Both surfaces of DT products are smooth and reinforced.
XPS EXTRUDED POLYSTYRENE PROPERTIES:
- Extruded polystyrene Isıpan is manufactured in the λ = 0.035-0.038 W/ (m.K) thermal conductivity range in accordance with the EN 131642 standard.
- Thanks to its high compressive and bending strength, it does not suffer loss of thickness with time.
- Can be cut with any type of cutting tool, does not crumble or cause wastage.
- Has a Closed Cell Structure.
- Extruded polystyrene Isıpan, has optimum water diffusion resistance factor μ=100 which prevents condensation while allowing the product to breath and is classified as WL (0.7) TS according to EN11364.
- It can be used without compromising its properties between -50°C and +250°C.
XPS ISIPAN DT/BD/MD STD
Extruded polystyrene thermal insulation board used in the thermal insulation of walls, columns and beams.
XPS Extruded Polystyrene Areas Of Use:
XPS Extruded polystyrene Isıpan DT STD is used for the thermal insulation of floors and roofs,
XPS Extruded polystyrene Isıpan BD/MD STD is used for thermal insulation of walls, columns, and beams.
XPS Extruded polystyrene Isıpan STD has a thermal conductivity in the range of 0.35-0.38 W(m.K), a compressive strength of 100-200 kPa, and an optimum water vapor diffusion resistance factor which is analogous with a waterproof structure.

ODE ISIPAN DT PRM 300 is used in the thermal insulation of floors and roofs.
ODE ISIPAN DT PRM 300 has a thermal conductivity of 0.35 W(m.K), a compressive strength of 300 kPa, and an optimum water vapor diffusion resistance factor which is analogous with a waterproof structure.
